I am taking this important moment to tell you, you beautiful commenters and readers — all FRIENDS, that I am incredibly grateful for you. The support and connection shared between all of us is precious. Truly. I may not be the mushiest of the gushy, but I want you to know that I have much love for you. You make me laugh, you make me nod emphatically when I read your blogs, thoughts, comments, and tweets, sometimes you get this steely girl to choke up, and you always, always warm my heart.
In a day and age where so many people are divided, hidden, and distanced by technology (even though the original goal was connectivity), WE are one big yoga family.
Love, love, love to you all. I’m not letting any of you get away, you hear me?! We will be friends along the journey to samadhi and beyond. :)

such a sweet photo of the cats….I lost my orange tabby in May and my gray tabby last year….the picture makes me think they found friends over the Rainbow Bridge….it made me cry.
