five yoga props { the 12 days of yoga }
On the 14th day of December, yoga gave to me
five yoga props. . .
Supportive AND edible. The yoga tummy growl is no more!
{ strap = watermelon twister; bolster = circus peanut marshmallow; blanket = mini dark chocolate bar; blocks = orbit white bubblemint gum }
The studio’s yoga prop wall:
{ and a yoga studio made of cake + candy }
Merry December!
Those would have been very helpful yesterday, when I forgot to eat dinner and then went to a late Ashtanga class.
never wanted to do Iyengar yoga more! love it!!
Blanket. Now.
♥♥♥
omg i love how little the yogi is compared to his mat. seems absolutely luxurious!
You’re putting this all together for a book, right? Because I want the book!
I will trade you 3 yogis and a pack of bolsters for a Zen garden made of brown sugar. Rake included!!!
a book or a calendar…I’m in for either!
Where is this yoga studio? I must get an All You Can Eat Pass!
seriously, a calendar would be a GREAT idea (12 days – 12 months…it was meant to be!!!) ! My yoga teacher always beats herself up for indulging her sweet tooth and then bouncing off the walls… this would be a guilt free gift she and many others would be sure to enjoy(me included)
I LOVE this, especially the adorable prop wall! Amazing! Are you eating them all when you’re done with them?
You’ve totally inspired me to do my own yoga-based twist on the 12 days of Christmas: http://lawschooltransplant.com/2011/12/14/21-days-of-yoga-day-1/.
you are so clever!
