If I were a gemstone (I’ll interpret that as including semi-precious stones) I would be a lapis lazuli. Traditionally it stands for knowledge and was used as a pigment to paint the Virgin Mary’s cloak signifying the divine. But it also has a zeolithic crystal structure, full of holes and channels in which sits the very unusual ion S3- that gives it the blue color. Wouldn’t it be nice to just be able to soak up wisdom and be able to store it in all your channels and pockets until you could process and release it?
If I were a gemstone I’d be a moonstone.. you never know what it will look like. Sometimes it’s perfectly clear, sometimes cloudy… always fresh.

If I were a gemstone, I would definitely be labradorite. I always believe you should go with your intuition.
If I were a gemstone/crystal, I would be labradorite – green/brown with flashes of brilliant blues and purples, like flashes of insight and inspiration. Also, it’s the stone that sounds most like a puppydog. :)
